Can the machine be installed indoors?

No, this is not recommended. For the RTK system to function properly, the base station must be placed in an open area with a clear view of the sky to ensure reliable signal reception. Please refer to the installation guidelines for detailed placement requirements.

How often should I replace the blades?


For lawns that are being maintained by a robotic mower for the first time—especially those with taller grass—it's recommended to replace the blades every 1 to 2 months. For regular use on well-kept lawns with consistent grass height, the blades typically have a longer lifespan due to reduced wear.

What is the maximum grass length the machine can cut?

It is recommended not to exceed 4 inches. The machine's electronic height adjustment can regulate cutting heights from 0.7 inches to 4 inches.

Can the base station and charging station be moved after the map is created?

The charging station can be moved before mapping, but once the map is created, it cannot be moved, or else the machine cannot return and work properly. After the map is completed, the base station cannot be moved; otherwise, a new map needs to be created.

Coverage:
This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal, intended conditions. If a qualifying issue arises, Sunseeker (or an authorized service partner) will, at their discretion, repair or replace the affected product or parts.

Warranty Term:
The warranty period starts from the original purchase date from Sunseeker or an authorized dealer.

Warranty Duration:

  • 36-month coverage with online registration at sunseekertech.com within 30 days of purchase.

  • 24-month coverage if not registered online.

  • Battery packs are covered for 12 months, regardless of registration.

Warranty Requirements:

  • Products must be used as intended and not modified, damaged, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

  • Only Sunseeker-approved parts and accessories should be used.

  • Units must be protected from damage caused by foreign objects, misuse, accidents, or environmental factors.

  • Do not store the product or battery in environments below 0°C—store indoors in cold conditions.

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear items (e.g., blades) that naturally degrade with regular use.

  • Issues resulting from improper maintenance, excessive loading, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Any damage resulting from high-pressure washing.

  • Accessories included with the product.

Claims:
