Return and Refund Policy

At PowerScape HQ, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with an item, please contact us! We will be happy to discuss your options. Please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are eligible within 30 days from the date of purchase. Subject to the conditions outlined below.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
  • Gas-powered equipment cannot be returned after use. (Gas or oil has been added) The equipment will be subject to manufacturer's warranty review and approval process.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  • Contact Customer Service prior to returning your product.
  • Email us at support@powerscapehq.com or call 888-488-1925.
  • Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
  • After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Preparing Your Return

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  • Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.
  • Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.
  • Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

Shipping the Return

  • Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected. 
  • If the item is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or has signs of use, the return will be denied. 
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, which may be up to 25%. Fees may vary by brand.
  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer after it has been issued.
    • Sunseeker products may take up to 30 days. 

Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Inspect upon delivery: Please inspect both the packaging and contents of your order immediately upon delivery. If possible, do so while the delivery driver is still present.

  • Visible damage: If there is visible damage to the packaging, clearly note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. If the contents cannot be inspected right away, write: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” along with a brief description of the damage.

  • Report within 48 hours: Email your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos to support@powerscapehq.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Keep all packaging: Do not discard the box or packing materials until the claim process is complete. Claims cannot be processed without the original packaging.

After 48 hours, we are unable to process damage claims or offer replacements for defective or damaged goods.

Incorrect Product Received

  • Notify us immediately upon receipt if an item is missing or incorrect.
  • Include your order number and details of the missing item(s) or incorrect items in your message. 
  • We will arrange for the return of incorrect items (at no cost to you) and ensure the correct product is sent or issue a refund, depending on your preference. 

Product Never Arrived

  • Contact us if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to track the status of your shipment.
  • If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge. 

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment:

  • If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gas-powered equipment cannot be returned after use. (Gas or oil has been added) The equipment may be subject to manufacturer's warranty review and approval process.
  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Gift Cards 
  • Downloadable Software Products

 Product Warranties

  • Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms and durations vary by brand. If your item has a warranty issue, please contact us and we'll assist you with the manufacturer's claims process.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To request an exchange, contact us at support@powerscapehq.com
  • For defective or incorrect items, we cover the shipping costs.
  • For exchanges due to change of mind, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
