Shipping Policy

At PowerScape HQ ("we," "us," or "our"), we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from our website, www.powerscapehq.com

Shipping Methods

We reserve the right to use any carrier. The carrier will be determined based on the product type, weight, and handling requirements. Shipments are sent via reliable domestic carriers.

Freight shipping is typically used for oversized or heavy items (generally over 120 lbs.) and is delivered curbside using a full-size semi-truck ranging from 20 to 53 feet in length. Lift gate delivery is available for an additional fee and may be required in some areas for safety or liability reasons. Drivers are only obligated to deliver to the curbside; any additional assistance—such as bringing the item up a driveway—is at the driver’s discretion and not guaranteed.

For remote or hard-to-access locations (such as mountain towns, rural dirt roads, or properties with narrow or restricted access), additional shipping time or surcharges may apply. If your address falls into one of these categories, we’ll contact you with available options before shipping.

Please note: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and a second delivery is required, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees incurred.

Shipping Cost

At PowerScape HQ, we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible and offer free standard ground shipping within the lower 48 states whenever possible. Lift gate service is included at no extra cost in most cases. However, in rare situations where the carrier or supplier imposes a surcharge due to delivery restrictions or equipment size, an additional fee may apply. If this occurs, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm and review your options. These fees are determined by the carrier and are not included in our free shipping promotions.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or internationally at this time. If your delivery address is considered remote or hard to access, additional charges or extended delivery times may apply. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before shipping to review your options.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Fulfillment times may vary from 1–5 business days depending on the product.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update the delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address, so it's important to review all details carefully at checkout.

If any processing or fulfillment delays occur, we’ll notify you promptly with an update.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery times may vary from 3-7 business days from the shipment date. Delivery times are approximate, and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or remote delivery areas. 

Shipments are insured against loss or damage. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly at support@powerscapehq.com. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your order number, carrier used, and your tracking information. You may track the order by visiting the carrier's website directly and entering your tracking number to view the status and estimated delivery date. Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Inspect upon delivery: Please inspect both the packaging and contents of your order immediately upon delivery. If possible, do so while the delivery driver is still present.

  • Visible damage: If there is visible damage to the packaging, clearly note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. If the contents cannot be inspected right away, write: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” along with a brief description of the damage.

  • Report within 48 hours: Email your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos to support@powerscapehq.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Keep all packaging: Do not discard the box or packing materials until the claim process is complete. Claims cannot be processed without the original packaging.

After 48 hours, we are unable to process damage claims or offer replacements for defective or damaged goods.

Missing Product or Incorrect Product Received

  • Notify us immediately upon receipt if an item is missing or incorrect.
  • Include your order number and details of the missing item(s) or incorrect items in your message. 
  • We will arrange for the return of incorrect items (at no cost to you) and ensure the correct product is sent or issue a refund, depending on your preference. 

Product Never Arrived or Lost Packages

  • Contact us if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to track the status of your shipment.
  • If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge. 

Backorders

While we strive to keep inventory availability up to date, occasionally an item may become unavailable or backordered after your purchase. If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly with the estimated restock date. You’ll have the option to wait for the item, choose an alternative product, or cancel your order.
