Sunseeker Warranty Overview
Coverage:
This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal, intended conditions. If a qualifying issue arises, Sunseeker (or an authorized service partner) will, at their discretion, repair or replace the affected product or parts.
Warranty Term:
The warranty period starts from the original purchase date from Sunseeker or an authorized dealer.
Warranty Duration:

36-month coverage with online registration at sunseekertech.com within 30 days of purchase.

24-month coverage if not registered online.

Battery packs are covered for 12 months, regardless of registration.
Warranty Requirements:

Products must be used as intended and not modified, damaged, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Only Sunseeker-approved parts and accessories should be used.

Units must be protected from damage caused by foreign objects, misuse, accidents, or environmental factors.

Do not store the product or battery in environments below 0°C—store indoors in cold conditions.
Not Covered:

Normal wear items (e.g., blades) that naturally degrade with regular use.

Issues resulting from improper maintenance, excessive loading, or unauthorized repairs.

Any damage resulting from high-pressure washing.

Accessories included with the product.
Claims:
To submit a warranty claim, proof of purchase (with date and place of purchase) is required. Replacement or repaired units will continue to be covered under the original warranty period.
